Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of laboratory research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, Pyro Kinetic Labs generally cannot accept returns of products after they have been delivered.

This policy helps protect the integrity, storage history, and chain of custody of research materials offered through our website.

Products that have left our control cannot be restocked or resold as new research materials.

Order Problems

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with an incorrect item, missing item, or product that appears to have been damaged during shipment, please contact Pyro Kinetic Labs as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We may request photographs of the product, shipping package, shipping label, and packing materials to document and evaluate the issue.

Resolution

Replacements and Refunds

When Pyro Kinetic Labs confirms that an order was fulfilled incorrectly, an item was missing, or a product was materially damaged during shipment, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

The appropriate resolution will be determined after reviewing the order and available documentation.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it is generally no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction when possible.

After a refund has been submitted, the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

Pyro Kinetic Labs does not control processing times imposed by banks, card networks, or payment providers after a refund has been submitted.

Shipping Charges

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has been shipped.

If an order issue resulted directly from an error by Pyro Kinetic Labs, shipping-related costs may be considered when determining the appropriate resolution.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipments that appear lost, significantly delayed, or subject to a carrier delivery exception may require investigation with the shipping carrier before a refund or replacement is issued.

Please contact us if tracking information indicates an unusual delivery problem so that we can review the shipment.

Delivered Packages

Packages Marked Delivered

If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, surrounding property, household members, building personnel, and any carrier delivery information before contacting us.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered will be reviewed individually and may require investigation with the shipping carrier.

A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

Address Errors

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Refunds or replacements may not be available for orders that cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an address error may be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Handling

Storage and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for receiving shipments promptly and following the storage and handling information provided for each product.

Refunds or replacements generally will not be provided for product deterioration or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, contamination, modification, or other circumstances occurring after successful delivery.

All products offered by Pyro Kinetic Labs are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of expectations concerning human or animal use, therapeutic effects, medical outcomes, physiological effects, or other uses inconsistent with the stated research-use designation of the products.
